Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Maxshife. We always try to deliver the best quality products to our customers. However, if you face any issue with your order, our return and refund policy is stated below.

Return Policy

Customers must request a return within 3 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged or defective product received

Completely different product from what was ordered

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return. Without an unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Refunds will be issued through:

Bank Transfer

UPI

Original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will only be transferred to the customer's bank account.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Size issues (please check the size chart carefully before ordering)

Minor color differences due to lighting

Used or washed products

Sale or discounted items
